Do I need any firearms experience to take the CCW course?
No prior firearms experience is required. Our certified instructors start with the fundamentals and guide you through every step, from safe handling to the live-fire qualification.
Will I receive my concealed carry permit at the end of the course?
No. Our course provides the training certificate required for your application. You will submit this to the Florida DACS, which issues the physical license.
What are the age and eligibility requirements?
You must be at least 21 years old to apply for a Florida concealed weapon license (exceptions exist for active military). You must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident alien.
How long does the CCW course take?
The course typically takes a few hours and includes both classroom instruction and a live-fire qualification component on our indoor range.
