DIGITAL WAIVER.

GUN RANGE WAIVER, RELEASE, INDEMNIFICATION, HOLD HARMLESS, AND ASSUMPTION OF THE RISK AGREEMENT

In consideration of being allowed to enter or use the facility (all of which are hereinafter referred to as the "facilities") and participate in the activities of Andy's Range and Training Center located at 14002 NW 82nd Ave, Miami Lakes, FL 33016 ("ARTC"), I hereby agree to each of the following terms and conditions of this Agreement:

• I verify that, before using the facilities, I will have either watched or will watch the ARTC safety presentation.
• I have read and reviewed the ARTC's Rules and Regulations. I agree to obey and comply with the Range Rules and Regulations, general policies and rules of operation and administration of ARTC.
• I am familiar with and understand the operation of each firearm (rifle, handgun, shotgun, or machine gun) which I will use at ARTC. This includes the safe handling, loading and unloading procedures, and safety mechanisms and features of each firearm.
• I understand that ARTC highly recommends the use of newly manufactured commercial ammunition at all times. I accept full and complete responsibility for the inherent risks resulting from my and anyone else's use of reloads or handloads.
• I agree that prior to participating in or observing any shooting activities, I will inspect the ARTC facilities, firearms and ammunition to be used and, if I believe that anything is unsafe for any reason, I will so advise the Range Officer and will leave the unsafe portion of the facilities.
• I acknowledge and fully understand that I and all others engaged in shooting, coaching, observing or training with firearms at ARTC, will be engaged in activities that involve substantial inherent risks of serious personal injury including disability or death.
• I recognize that I may be expelled from the ARTC facilities for violation of the Range Rules or for behavior deemed unsafe by ARTC personnel. DECISIONS REGARDING EXPULSION ARE FINAL.
• I accept full responsibility for any damage or destruction I cause to ARTC property, whether accidental, negligent, willful or otherwise.
• On behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, I hereby assume all risk of personal injury and accept personal responsibility for any and all damages that may occur.
• On behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, I hereby waive, release and discharge ARTC and their affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions or lawsuits.
• I agree that this Adult Release, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement shall be interpreted according to Florida law and that any dispute shall be resolved in Florida.

I EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT THIS INSTRUMENT IS INTENDED TO BE AS BROAD AND INCLUSIVE AS PERMITTED BY LAW. THE UNDERSIGNED HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT THE UNDERSIGNED HAS READ THE INSTRUMENT AND UNDERSTANDS ITS TERMS AND IS EXECUTING THIS INSTRUMENT VOLUNTARILY.
