Last updated: March 2026. Clear protocols for rescheduling and cancellations to ensure fair access for all patrons.
At Andy's Range & Training Center, we understand that plans can change. To maintain optimal range availability in Miami Lakes, we have established the following protocols for refunds and cancellations.
01. Cancellation Windows
48h+
Full Refund
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before appointment.
24h
50% Refund
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before appointment.
<24h
No Refund
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before appointment.
02. No-Show Policy
Patrons who fail to arrive for a scheduled reservation without prior notice will forfeit the full amount paid. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show to maintain the range schedule.
03. Rescheduling
- 48h+ before: Reschedule at no additional cost.
- 24h-48h before: Reschedule with a $25 administrative fee.
