01. General Usage
Welcome to Andy's Range & Training Center. By accessing our facilities, using our services, or browsing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our facilities or services.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at our sole discretion. We may update these terms at any time; your continued use constitutes acceptance.
02. Range Conduct
All patrons must comply with posted range rules and verbal instructions from Range Safety Officers (RSOs). Prohibited conduct includes:
- Operating under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Drawing from holsters without prior authorization.
- Use of unauthorized ammunition (armor-piercing, tracer).
03. Liability
All patrons must sign a Range Waiver before using the facility. By using our range, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with firearms and voluntarily assume all such risks. Andy's Range is not liable for lost or damaged personal property.
04. Age Requirements
Independent range use requires a minimum age of 18. Minors (ages 10-17) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for all patrons.
05. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
